When the Big Mac just wasn’t big enough, McDonald’s has decided to release the Mega Tamago sandwich. As you can see from the picture, this sandwich has 3 beef patties, 1 egg, bacon, and lettuce on a sesame seed bun. This good new is that this sandwich should fill you up. The bad news is that is only available for a limited time in Japan.
