According to NRN.com, Dairy Queen will begin to offer a mini Blizzard in August that is about half the size of the current small Blizzard.  The idea behind the new smaller Blizzard is to give customers more options when purchasing.  The article mentions that the price of the new mini Blizzard should be around $1.99 to $2.49 at most stores.
